Vegan Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf of whole wheat or multigrain baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients. 
  3. Brush mixture on sliced bread.
  4. Place bread on cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.

 

Prep time: about 20 minutes                                                  Yield: about 6-8 servings
